AIDS-infected man accused of assault

Toronto Police are warning women about a man who allegedly failed to inform a sex partner that he has AIDS.
The man and a 51-year-old woman had unprotected sex multiple times between Aug. 5 and Aug 19. He is accused of failing to disclose his health status.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Ian Thomas Williams of Toronto. The 49-year-old man is wanted on charges of aggravated assault and failing to comply with probation.
Police believe there may be other victims.
Williams is black, 6-foot-1, has a muscular build, brown eyes and black hair which he wears in dreadlocks.
