help me go home Friday, 11 May, 2012 20:37 From: "martin" Add sender to Contacts To: "AskDOJ@usdoj.gov" On Sunday (6TH MAY 2012) , a day after I accused the authorities in the USA in a post to my facebook of deliberately ignoring my desperate pleas to be returned home as a victim of human trafficking , I was dragged by Dallas Police from Ross ave Cathedral Church ' office - not inside the church where I was calmly waiting to talk to a priest and unlawfully detained for 96 hours, in a mental hospital where I was interrogated repeatedly and only released after I demanded to speak to a judge who clearly considered the facts and released me from the facility. The facts are: I have never been diagnosed with any mental problem or been to a mental facility before. No family member has history of any mental problems Why only start these treatments after I emailed the authorities and churches in Kenya seeking help to be returned where I belong? The police used force and threatened to get hard on me as they dragged me, provoking me to utter the words" you can kill me if you want to " then one officer immediately responded "that's all we wanted to hear". I came to the united states in 2003 apparently to attend a youth conference organised by IUCN (WORLD CONSERVATION UNION)for three days in Washington DC, but just before I could leave the country I was informed that the meeting would be held in Dallas TX. I became suspicious immediately since to my understanding my biological mother had travelled to Dallas less than 2 years prior to my travel apparently as a babysitter for a sister to an employee of IUCN. Upon my arrival my mother received me at Dallas International Airport with a stranger who I believed at the time was an employee of IUCN.They immediately told me there was not conference and I should stay in the USA with all kinds of promises. The first six months were just fine although I could tell something wasn't right and my mother clearly monitored me and told me that allot of people at IUCN including her sister career's, would be over if I ever raised alarm or tried to go back home. She told me I would never return home alive or if I ever did ,I would be harmed mentally so as not to speak. Ever since, I have lived a very difficult life here in the USA and have desperately tried to even get deported - hoping it would be safer for me , and nothing seems to work.I believed my life is in danger here or back home but I'm fed up of living in fear, with provable reasons like physical abuse, verbal abuse, intentionally being exposed to violence among other forms of intimidation.I'm not going to be silenced - I have been silenced for over 9 years and threatened if I ever tried to escape. Below I copied the information on my passport visa page just incase anyone is willing to help.
